This carousel was designed as a visual case study highlighting ITG’s partnership with KFC Global and the role technology played in stabilizing their e-commerce operations. The goal was to translate a complex operational turnaround into a clear, narrative-driven format optimized for social media.

The design leans into KFC’s established visual language, using bold red tones, product-forward imagery, and layered panels to create structure and maintain brand recognition. Each slide progresses through the story, guiding the viewer from the initial challenge to the strategic response and final outcomes.
